Currently the following classes are held at Mindful Movements. We open 15 minutes before each scheduled class. If arriving more than 15 minutes early you may need to wait outside. Please be on time to class. Doors close at class start time.
The Yoga Experience

This is an hour long beginner friendly Vinyasa class. Vinyasa yoga is the connection of the breath and movement creating a smooth and constant flow from pose to pose. This style of yoga helps to relieve tension while cultivating inner peace, self love, body and breath awareness, balance, strength, and flexibility. Class is open to all.

SeducXology is the study of the mind, body and soul.
This class is designed to bring the sexy back into the bedroom, kitchen and in the shower. Inspired by lessons learned by the instructor, Ebony, SeducXology helps you love yourselves as much as anybody else can.

“She Is Me” Sisterhood Restorative Yoga
(Begins Feb. 2) – No Class on Feb. 16
This class encourages healing and reflecting during an hour-long Restorative Yoga session. After a full week, wind down and return to calm in a serene setting among women. You’ll be led through several restful poses, giving your mind, body, and spirit an opportunity to benefit from supported stillness.
Class Length: 75 minutes
Needed: Yoga Mat and Blanket

Back to Basics
3rd Sunday @3pm
In this workshop we will deconstruct traditional yoga poses to make them accessible for all levels and body types. With the assistance of props, each student will find their own best possible expression of each pose.
Come prepared to move and learn building a firm foundation for a lifetime of practice.
