The Yoga Experience
Mondays @ 7pm
This is an hour long beginner friendly Vinyasa class. Vinyasa yoga is the connection of the breath and movement creating a smooth and constant flow from pose to pose. This style of yoga helps to relieve tension while cultivating inner peace, self love, body and breath awareness, balance, strength, and flexibility. Class is open to all.
$10 drop in fee
Love Life and Live Yoga with Jamie
Tues & Thurs @6pm
This beginner/intermediate class focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. Designed for those looking to learn, or return to, the foundations of yoga postures, alignment, breathing, and technique. Registering online holds your spot in class. Class is open to all.

St. Louis Yoga Tour
Part of the beauty of yoga is that there are so many unique styles, and people respond differently to different practices. As a part of our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program, we have invited a group of guest yoga teachers to share their unique style of yoga with our trainees. This will provide an opportunity for teacher trainees to experience different styles, followed by a Q&A session with the teacher to learn about the philosophy and methodology behind their style.
These sessions are open to the public, as well! There are as many styles of yoga as there are individuals who practice, and this is only a small sample of yoga styles available in St. Louis. The St. Louis Yoga Tour is a great opportunity to sample a variety of styles to discover something new.
Each class is 75 minutes long, and open to all-levels. Stick around afterwards for a Q&A session to learn more about the hows-and-whys of the style.
